Porter's Tuna Surprise Recipe
By Kristina Porter
Porter's Tuna Surprise is a delicious, unique dish that is cheap to mix and fast to cook. Preheat your oven to 375'F First gather these ingredients: 3 cans of Tuna (what ever type you like, salmon works too) 2 eggs 1 lb shredded cheese 1 can of diced tomatoes 1 jar of salsa 2 packages of saltine crackers crushed Mix all ingredients into mixing bowl until they form a think, gooey mixture the consistency of peanut butter. Scoop into a 9x9 Pyrex dish or cooking pan. Smooth it out. (Add more shredded cheese to the top if you want) Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Cool and Serve with your favorite side dishes.
