Evony Online Guide for rapid resources

If you play Evony the online browser game and are just starting it is very important to know how to properly build your resources. You need to make the most out of your city. You can not just put random things in to finish the quests and go all willy nilly. First, population control is more important than most people think. Too many people and not enough jobs will cause your population to go downward. Negative population will drive down loyalty and is often caused by to many jobs and not enough people to fill them. To find the perfect balance you need to start off by building six cottages in one of the blocks next to the townhall. Do not build anymore cottages than this. Next, click the City button at the top, this will take you outside. Fill the resource fields with one farm, one quarry, four sawmills and 4 iron mines. This will start your resource fields to producing. Level your townhall up to level two. This will give you more fields. Fill these with Ironmine and Sawmills only. Now, level all your fields up as high as you can every hour. That is all you need to spend your day doing today. You want to have them all at level five by the end of the day. Level them evenly or you will run out of resources. You may have used all your current resources, don't panic. They are constantly building. Wait a bit, As resources come available, build a marketplace, inn, and feasting hall. As your resources build slowly fill the remaining six squares next to the townhall with a forge, academy, workshop. In the two remaining squares build a relief station and stable. Don't forget to level your wall as well. You have 7 days to get everything set up and to level as fast as possible. Work on building your fields up to level five to be able to adequately support your troop and defense building. Look for my next article on offense and defense building. |
